VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Valley City man missing since Friday, August 23.

Police Chief Phil Hatcher said we’ve been investigating a report from the family of missing 40 year- old Mark Davies of Valley City.

Hatcher said the last time friends or family members heard from him was on August 23 in Kathryn. He said his disappearance is suspicious, being family members told police Davies is always with his dog, but this time he left his home without his dog.

Hatcher police and other law enforcement agencies are actively working on finding Mark Davies. Anyone with information is asked to call the Valley City police department at 845-3110.
