VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KVLY) – A Valley City woman is missing something special from her military garden.

Donna Lemer posted on FaceBook that it’s emptier after someone took her Military Man statue that stood in her garden to honor of her late father, a Vietnam army veteran and her son who served in the National Guard.

She didn’t fill out a report so police are reminding her and the public that no matter how small a crime seems, you should fill out a police report. A theft-related offense like this could be a Class B misdemeanor if the culprit is caught.
