ORISKA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Oriska man was arrested on Saturday, August 2nd for possession of obscene material.

Barnes County Sheriff, Randy McClaflin said 42 year-old John Allyn Parker of Oriska was arrested by Barnes County Deputies without incident.

Parker faces 7 Class “C” Felony counts of Possession of Certain Materials Prohibited stemming from a June 20th 2018 incident in Barnes County.

The case remains under investigation with the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office and the State’s Attorney’s Office.
