VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Life jacket loaner stations are available for public use along Lake Ashtabula north of Valley City.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineer spokesman Scott Tichy talked about where some of the life jacket loaner stations are located. He also reminded parents and guardians to be vigilant while watching young children near swimming areas along the lake.
