FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – 38 year-old Johnny Grey of West Fargo is dead following a crash in West Fargo around 11:45pm Saturday, June 22.

The Highway Patrol said a 2008 Honda Civic driven by a 34 year-old Daniel Dalpozzo of West Fargo was traveling south on 10th Street SW when he lost control of his vehicle and traveled into the wrong lane and struck two parked vehicles causing severe damage to all three vehicles. The parked vehicles were not occupied at the time of crash.

Charges are pending against the driver, Dalpozzo, who was also transported to Sanford Hospital in Fargo with unspecified injuries.

Grey was a passenger in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
