CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Newly crowned Miss North Dakota Haley Wolfe is still beaming.
Wolfe, a Carrington native, was crowned on June 15th in Williston, taking over the title from Katie Olson. Wolfe says even a few days later, she’s still in shock.
Wolfe says her schedule became very busy right away, but she welcomes the challenge. She reflected on the moments just before being crowned.
Wolfe says the competition has also been very special because she was able to compete for the crown with her sister.
She says now, they’re beginning the media circuit with radio and TV interviews. She says she looks forward to competing for Miss America 2019.

Wolfe is a senior at Minnesota University of Moorehead and is majoring in accounting.
