JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – RM Stoudt is teaming up with Edgewood Senior Living to help combat Alzheimer’s Disease.
Alzheimer’s Disease is a progressive mental deterioration that can occur in middle or old age, due to generalized degeneration of the brain. It is the most common cause of premature senility.
On June 21st, Edgewood Senior Living will be hosting their celebration “The Longest Day”.
Tara Kapp with RM Stoudts says they’ll be holding one of their Drive 4 UR Community events from 11 AM to 2 PM at Edgewood to help raise money for the fight against Alzheimer’s. During that time, a test drive will raise $20 that goes towards the fight.
The total that could be raised is $6,000, just by test driving a vehicle.
From 4 PM to 7 PM will be a Parking Lot Party with music, entertainment, crafts, bake sale, bounce houses and more.
