VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Central Avenue North for a break-in in progress around 9am Thursday, June 13 in Valley City.

Police Chief Phil Hatcher said officers found a female looking for a family member that was in one of the apartments. The woman had broken some property and was yelling obscenities. He said officers were able to immediately take control of the situation and following their investigation, they arrested a 25 year-old Gabrielle Audra Yellowhorse of Valley City.

Charges of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct are pending against the women who was taken to the Barnes County Jail.
