VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Special Olympics State Summer Games will be held June 7th and 8th in Fargo.
Special Olympics spokeswoman Cindy Schopper said nearly 60 athletes from this area will be competing in the summer games.
On Thursday, June 6th the Law Enforcement Torch Run ran through Jamestown and Valley City on their way to light the Special Olympic’s Torch in Fargo.
The State Summer games will be held at Fargo Davies on Friday, June 7th and then move to Fargo South on Saturday, June 8th.
