JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Playing the first games on the newly turfed Starion Bank Field in Fargo, the Jamestown Post 14 legion squad kicked off their 2019 campaign. Fargo Post 400 was able to take both games, winning 10-3 and 4-1.
Post 14 trailed early in game one, before closing the deficit to 4-3. However, Fargo immediately scored four runs to wrestle back control. Ryder Lunzman went 3-3 with a double and a couple of RBIs.
Jamestown is at home on Friday night against Mandan in their first divisional games of the season.
