(NewsDakota.com) – Congratulations to Piper Suhr, she scored a perfect score of 25  targets on skeetTuesday night at the Valley City Trap Club.

Piper was also named to the combined male and female North Dakota State High School Clay Target League All State Team and earned top female shooter in the skeet division. Piper is an 8th grader from Griggs County Central but shoots on the Barnes County North Clay Target Team.

Piper finished the 2018 season with a 3rd place finish at the State competition. She will be competing again this year at the  North Dakota State High School Clay Target League in the Skeet division on Friday the 14th and later that weekend in the clay division.

Piper started shooting at 11 years old after she received a shotgun from her Dad on her Birthday setting in motion her love of shotgun shooting.
