JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown’s new mixed-use building is allowing the opportunity for businesses and investors to create the next big thing in Jamestown.
UJ Place will be constructed and open to the public by the Fall of 2020. The building will provide housing for students while the first floor will be home to numerous businesses and services.
McKenzy Olson, VP of Marketing and Public Relations at EPIC Companies, says they specialize in the type of building they’ll be constructing in Jamestown, which will be the first of its kind in the community.
Olson says with their investor social tonight in Jamestown, this will allow the public and potential investors to learn more about the project.
The social is set for tonight at the Harold Newman Arena from 5 to 7 PM. Olson says if individuals can’t make it, they’re invited to attend a different investor social on June 6th at the DoubleTree by Hilton in West Fargo.
