VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County Sheriff’s Office and Dispatch administrative phone lines were down for a few minutes due to repair work involving a generator on May 29th. 911 calls had to be rerouted to State Radio for a few minutes. All lines are operating normally in Barnes County.
