CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Numerous agencies assisted in a search warrant conducted Friday morning in Carrington that resulted in several arrests.

The Carrington Police Department reports that they, along with the Foster County Sheriff’s Office and Stutsman County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at 175 1st Ave N in Carrington.

During the search, several pieces of contraband were located within the home. Four individuals were arrested and face numerous charges. They include:

1: Jeffrey Hulbert – Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia to package, repackage, and/or store methamphetamine (C Felony); Ingestion of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor); Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor); Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor)

2: Jonathan Aljets – Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia to package, repackage, and/or store methamphetamine (C Felony); Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor); Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor)

3: Lawrence Sansone – Possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver (B Felony); Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor); Possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia with intent to use (A Misdemeanor); Possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia to prepare/repackage (C Felony); Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body (heroin) (A Misdemeanor); Possession of marijuana paraphernalia to prepare/repackage (A Misdemeanor)

4: James Shand Jr – Possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver (B Felony); Possession of a controlled substance (Adderall) (A Misdemeanor), Possession of a schedule III controlled substance (cefuroxime) (A Misdemeanor); Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor); Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia to package, repackage, and/or store methamphetamine (C Felony); Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia to package, repackage, and/or store marijuana (A Misdemeanor); Ingestion of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (A Misdemeanor)
