MCVILLE, ND (NewsDakota.com) – A Mapleton man was injured in an ATV crash after he struck a deer on a gravel road on Sunday, May 26th around 9:40pm southwest of McVille.

The Highway Patrol said 49 year-old Troy Flesche lost control of the ATV after the impact, went into a ditch and overturned the ATV. He was ejected and suffered injuries. Flesche was flown to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks for treatment of his injuries. He condition was not released. The crash remains under investigation with the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
