JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Rescue Squad was called to Gavilon Grain Thursday afternoon where an individual was trapped in an outdoor pile of material.

The crews responded at around 2:40 PM to a male employee whose foot was trapped in a conveyor. Emergency personnel freed the man with help from Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department. The man was taken to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.

The rescue squad was on scene for only about 10 minutes.
