JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Teachers around the world are being thanked and recognized for what they do during Teacher Appreciation Week.
One of the many places that heavily relies on their teachers is the Anne Carlsen Center. Aide Hobart is the Associate Director of Education and a teacher.
Hobart says classrooms at the Anne Carlsen Center are unique.
Hobart says a lot of the education to become a teacher at the Anne Carlsen is the same for becoming a teacher at any school.
Hobart says sometimes teaching models are typically adopted to the needs of the students, which makes the job different day to day.
