VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Phase II of the Permanent Flood Protection project will continue in Valley City.

On Monday May 6th, 2019, Main Street will be closed between Central Avenue and 5th Avenue NW. Local traffic will be permitted to businesses inside of the road closure. Business signing will be provided.

The contractor will work to finish concrete work on Main Street. A detour will be provided during this shut down. Truck deliveries are encouraged to seek alternative routes.

The road closure is anticipated to last 4 to 5 weeks weather permitting. Main Street will reopened prior to Rally in the Valley. Additional updates will be provided on NewsDakota.com
