burn-ban-lifted-2

BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A burn ban for a number of counties has been lifted due to the rainfall hitting the region.

Tender dry conditions pushed the fire danger index into the high category on April 25th for Barnes, Stutsman, Logan, and McIntosh counties. Several other counties in western and north central North Dakota were also under a burn ban.

Foster/Eddy County Emergency Manager Jess Earle says people can burn on low, medium, and high fire conditions in Foster and Eddy counties. Fire index conditions are allowed for burning.
