VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The 2019 North Dakota Winter Show is history but one final shout out to the winners of the 2019 NDWS Raffle drawn on March 10th during the show.
Congratulations to Jeff Nathan of Valley City. He was the Grand Prize winner of a Polaris Ranger ATV in the 2019 NDWS Raffle.
And congratulations to five $500 Cash winners during the 2019 NDWS Raffle: Troy Kelly of Jamestown,
