VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Journey Cruff is a student in the Valley City Public School District.
Cruff enlightened city officials with her essay on her philosophy as to why city government is important to the community during an annual contest for students her age during city government week.
Journey Cruff sat beside mayor Dave Carlsrud as he conducted the regular city commission meeting on April 2nd.
