VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Valley City man who grew up as a rancher in Montana is now helping flooded ranchers in South Dakota and Nebraska through Farm Rescues Operation Hay Lift.

Paul Diegel is asking area farmers and ranchers to donate hay bales to his collection site at four bottle drive northwest of Valley City. Here is the Diegel interview with reporter Steve Urness.
