JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County State’s Attorney Fritz Fremgen is grateful the county found the help they did in his department.

Fremgen addressed the Stutsman County Commission Tuesday evening, informing them that there was a reported shortage of assistant’s in the state.

Fremgen says the industry is tough and he thinks a part of that is the fight on drugs.

Fremgen says the county was lucky to get two applicants recently with experience.

“They just wanted to move and didn’t mind coming here. I didn’t think we were going to get anybody,” Fremgen explained.
