VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is living at 149 2nd St, Rogers, ND.
Matthew Adam Pantoja does not have a risk level listed with the State of North Dakota at this time. He was born in 1984, is a Hispanic male, 5’7”, 220 lbs. brown eyes, brown hair.
Pantoja was convicted in 2008 in San Diego County, CA of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor. An updated notification will be sent out with victim information.
