MEDINA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A multi-vehicle accident on I-94 near Medina is currently blocking a portion of the interstate.
Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser reports that west of Jamestown, a nasty accident is currently blocking part of I-94 near Medina. No further details are available at this time.
Current road conditions show scattered snow and drifting along the Interstate between Jamestown and Bismarck. The North Dakota Department of Transportaiton has issued a travel alert for southwest, central, and northeast North Dakota due to blowing snow, reduced visibility, and scattered snow drifts on the roadways.
“Be cautious when approaching bridges and sheltered areas because the blowing snow may create drifts in the driving lanes,” the NDDOT states.
