JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Over 450 middle school students from across Stutsman County will be in Jamestown for the Tech Savvy & STEMtastic event on March 7th.
Tech Savvy is hosted by the American Association of University Women. Students in grades 6 through 8 will have a chance to learn more about different STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) careers during the day. Tech Savvy will be for the girls and STEMtastic for the boys.
AAUW Jamestown Branch will be collaborating with the North Dakota STEM Network, Jamestown Public School District, and University of Jamestown for hands-on workshops and opportunities to learn from STEM professionals.
