Taryn Dieterle, who was in foul trouble in the second half, scored 13 of her game high 17 points in the second 18 minutes. She also had a double-double with 10 rebounds. Jayden Dieterle filled the stat sheet with 12 points, eight rebounds, six assists and seven steals. Lindsey Noeske added 16 points and eight rebounds for the Hi-Liners.
Adie Wagner was the lone Bruin in double figures with 16 points.
Valley City improves to 11-11 on the season and will face second seed and fourth ranked Fargo Shanley on Tuesday at the Deacon Gym. The Deacons just defeated the Hi-Liners 75-50 on Tuesday in the regular season finale. Shanley is 18-3 on the season.
