JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ag & Energy Committee will be honoring area farmers with the annual Farmers Appreciation Festival on February 15th.
Jamestown Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Emily Bivens says the event continues to grow as businesses and partners wish to show their appreciation to the farmers.
Bivens says the Soil Conservation District is teaming up with the Ag & Energy Committee for the event at the Quality Inn & Suites. Bivens says there will be a lot of awards, food, and live band.
Bivens says they’ll also name their Ag Woman of the Year during the festival. She says anyone who knows a farmer or has a farmer in the family should make it to the event.
The cost to attend is $10 and tickets can be purchased at the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce office or online.
