VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public works crews will be plowing out emergency routes after midnight.
City Administrator David Schelkoph said all vehicles must be off emergency routes in Valley City by midnight or they will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Valley City Public Works director Jeff Differding said crews will start to clear snow in the southeastern section of the city on Friday, December 28 and will work their way clockwise throughout the day to clear snow from city streets.
