VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is living at 249 1st St N., Nome, ND.

Thomas Ray Heal, Jr. does not have a risk level listed with the State of North Dakota at this time.

He was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 2nd Degree in 2007 in the State of Michigan. He was born in 1975, is a white male, 5’8”, 160 lbs. brown eyes, brown hair.
