DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Both the offense and defense couldn’t find an answer for Devils Lake in the second half Tuesday night. The Firebirds posted 47 points while limiting The Hi-Liners to just 21 in a 81-52 win.

The victory helps keep Devils Lake perfect at 5-0, Valley City is now 2-3 in region and 3-3 overall.

Three Hi-Liners were in double figure scoring. Taryn Dieterle scored 17, Lindsey Noeske 14 and Jadyn Dieterle 12.

Taylor Windjue had 25 points for Devils Lake. Mattea Vetsch added 17, Jess Mertens 14 and Ramsey Brown 10.
