The Mustangs had 5 double figure scorers, Christian Kuntz led the group with 24 points. Blake Berg scored 19 and Chuck DuBois 17.

Sam Beierle had a season high 14 to pace The Hi-Liners, Mitchel Taylor produced 10 points and Jared Eggermont 7.

With the loss, Valley City is 1-2 this season, Friday they play at West Fargo.
