JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 2018 Girls Stutsman County Basketball Tournament begins on Thursday, December 6th and continues through Saturday at the Jamestown Civic Center. Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier won the tourney last year over Medina/Pingree/Buchanan, they are the two seed this year from district five and will play the last game of the day. Here is the first day schedule:

DISTRICT 5 #1 CARRINGTON VS. DISTRICT 6 #4 WARWICK (3PM START)

DISTRICT 6 #2  NAPOLEON/GS VS. DISTRICT 5 #3 ELLENDALE  (4:30 START)

DISTRICT 6 #1 MEDINA/PB VS. DISTRICT 5 #4 MIDKOTA  (6PM START)

DISTRICT 5 #2 EDGELEY/KM VS. DISTRICT 6 #3 SOUTH BORDER  (7:30 START)

Entire tournament radio coverage can be heard on Thunder Country 98.3 FM and newsdakota.com starting about 15 minutes before the scheduled first game start time with the pregame report.
