JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a new convicted sex offender residing within the city of Jamestown.

28 year-old Chancellor Joshua Miller currently resides at 517 4th Street NW. He is a white male, around 6’0″ in height and weighs around 180 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.

Miller was charged for Promoting Obscenity to a Minor and Luring a Minor by Computer when he sent numerous pictures of his genitalia to several minor females asking them if they wanted to have sex in 2015.

Mr. Miller is not currently wanted at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety only and should not increase fear in the community. Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten an offender will be turned over for prosecution.
