JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An event to bring in the holidays in Jamestown will be tonight along Main Street.
The 15th annual Holiday Dazzle Parade has been held for several years in Jamestown and is considered the city’s kickoff for the Christmas season. With 43 float entries including Santa, several hundred spectators are expected.
Santa will be riding in a sleigh this year. Members of the Jamestown Rotary Club have also invited to public to gather at the Hansen Arts Park at 6:15 PM to sing Christmas carols until the parade begins at 7 PM.
Grand Marshals this year are Barb Lang and Art Todd. Following the parade, the Jamestown Choralaires will be singing carols at the Gladstone Inn & Suites and kids can visit with Santa. There will be cookies and hot beverages.
