VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Area Chamber is encouraging everyone to support their small town businesses with Shop Small Saturday in Valley City.

Co-event coordinator Tuya Dutton said when small family owned businesses thrive so does our community.

George Dutton has operated his family owned business in Valley City for more than 30 years. He said it’s important to support small town businesses.

Tuya Dutton said more local dollars spent in small town businesses stay in the community.
