VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A number of student athletes and coaches were recognized for their outstanding performances during a regular school board meeting on November 19 in Valley City.
The Valley City Public School board has recognized outstanding achievements from students, coaches and staff members for several years.
