VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Joe Lunde has been the Barnes County Salvation Army bell ringer coordinator for six years, but he’s stepping down and handing over the reins to Tim Kadrmas.
Lunde said he will continue to volunteer as a bell ringer. He thanked Lee Isensee, Tim Kadrmas and so many other past and present Barnes County Salvation Army board members and volunteers who worked and helped him over the years.
