JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Stutsman County woman who was charged with manslaughter and child neglect in the death of her 4 month-old son will stand trial in March.

25 year-old Justice Lange’s 5 day trial will begin March 18th, 2019 in Stutsman County. Lange pleaded not guilty to two felony charges in September during a probable cause hearing.

Lange and her baby were reported missing in Stutsman County on July 2nd. On July 6th, she was found walking on a road near Woodworth. She was taken to her grandparents’ home in Carrington and later to a hospital.

4 month-old Tyr Lange was found dead July 7th in rural Stutsman County.

Authorities initiated a search for the child and were able to locate the baby’s body in a slough where Lange had been staying. The body was found on July 7th.
