JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Announced in July, the new TJ Maxx in Jamestown has an opening day set for November 8th.

Located in the Buffalo Mall, the store will carry fashion and accessories as well as jewelry, home, beauty, pet products, toys, and more.

“Our newest store in Jamestown will offer an ever-changing selection of high-quality, on-trend and brand-name merchandise at the amazing prices T.J.Maxx is known for.,” said Tim Miner, president, T.J.Maxx. “Our buyers create a unique mix that offers value for styles in every department, and we’re excited to bring this experience to a new neighborhood. With a constant flow of new arrivals, we offer an exciting one-stop-shop that makes it easy for consumers to find what they want, take it home that day and save money at the same time.”

The 20,000-square-foot store will have regular hours from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sundays.

“TJ Maxx will provide a much needed department store to the area’s residents,” the mall states in a release. “This new 20,000 sf store will provide men, women, and children’s apparel, jewelry, luxury bath and body products, shoes, modern home furnishings, and specialty food and beverage items.”

In celebration of its new Jamestown location, T.J.Maxx will contribute to the surrounding community by presenting a $10,000 donation to Community Action at the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 8. The new store will also join all other stores nationwide in sponsoring Save the Children U.S. programs. T.J.Maxx also supports Save the Children, Autism Speaks and Joslin Diabetes Center with annual in-store fundraising campaigns.
