VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance to locate an individual with outstanding warrants for their arrest.

The office is seeking 29 year-old Matthew Scott Hough. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Hough is wanted for probation violations. His original charges include possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance misdemeanor.
