WATFORD CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Friday night the Hi-Liners will be heading to Watford City with the final playoff push on the line.

Valley City came up short of an upset bid last Friday against No. 1 Shanley, The Deacons came away with the 16-12 victory. The Hi-Liners look to keep the same level of play with a different outcome.

Heading into this week coach Scott Roehrich wants the offensive consistency they’ve shown the last few games. Watford City’s defense has given up more than 40 points per game. He credits the offense success so far off the depth of the line.

 

This will be the first long road trip for the Hi-Liners this season. The mindset and planning isn’t changing much for this team.

 

 

Watford City is 0-7 after coming of a 54-0 loss against St. Mary’s, and Valley City will try to get back to .500 with a record of 3-4 this season.
