VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The contractor is paving 3rd Avenue Southeast in Valley City.

KLJ spokesman Jason Manlove said the intersection of 3rd Avenue and 4th Street southeast will be closed.

The intersection will be reopen on the morning of Wednesday, October 3rd. During this shutdown 3rd Avenue will be closed from College Street to Main Street.
