VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Board of Director for the North Dakota Winter Show hired a new manager.

Kelcey Hoffmann started her tenure on September 6th. She talked about her vision for the organization.

Kelcey Hoffmann is native of Ellendale and now lives in rural Wheatland with her husband and daughter. She was unanimously selected to become the new North Dakota Winter Show manager last month. The complete interview with Hoffman is below.
