VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Schools is recruiting interested individuals that have a desire to become a substitute teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. The school district has identified a need for additional substitute teachers at all grade levels for the current school year.

On August 24th, the VCPS School Board approved increasing substitute teacher pay from $100 per day to $120 per day.

Jefferson Elementary Principal, Troy Miller said, “Being a substitute teacher can be a very rewarding experience. Students deserve to have substitute teachers that wish to Make A Difference in the classroom and schools.”
