BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com.com)- It’ll need to be a quick turn around for The Valley City Hi-Liners. A week after falling to Turtle Mountain 28-14 in their season opener they set their sights on a match up with top ranked and defending state champion Bismarck St.Mary’s

The Braves were able use their physical play to cause some disruptions early on against The Hi-Liner and it took until the 2nd half to turn things around, coach Scott Roehrich says they started figuring the tempo of play needed to compete

Headed into Bismarck Friday, Valley City can expect a balanced and consistent attack from The Saints who in their opener shut out Grafton 41-0. The Hi-Liners will need to limit mistakes if they want to keep the game close

Kick off at The Bismarck Community Bowl is at 7pm, coverage on KOVC 1490 AM- 96.3 FM and NewsDakota.com starts around 6:45. The game will also be video streamed.
