JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A man being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center is currently facing 19 charges after being arrested earlier in Foster County.
Brian John Wagner, 56, is being held on charges including ingestion of a controlled substance including marijuana & meth, possession of a controlled substance including marijuana, meth, LSD, and intent to deliver schedule II drugs among others.
“We got a warrant this morning to search Wagner’s home, but that’s all we have at this time,” Foster County Sheriff Justin Johnson stated.
Foster County State’s Attorney Paul Murphy says his office is working on the criminal complaint at this time.
“All charges are just allegations to this point,” Murphy stated.
According to court records, Wagner has a history with drug charges dating back to 1998 in Wells County and again in 2000 in Foster County.
