JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Tourism has unveiled a fun, new tool that can be used to draw people to the community.

“Eat, Play, Stay” has been the slogan for Jamestown Tourism and their new “Virtual Tour” highlights each of those things the area has to offer to potential visitors. Emily Bivens is with Jamestown Tourism.

Bivens says with the help from Be More Colorful of Fargo, they were able to capture several sites, unique dining experiences, and campgrounds in the region for people to tour online virtually.

On the tour’s main menu, visitors are greeted by the World’s Largest Buffalo and numerous locations in the community to “tour” as well as directions to get to that destination in Jamestown. Once at their selected destination, the visitor will see a full, HD 360 degree view of that destination with the ability to zoom and view at their own pace.

Bivens says the tour isn’t meant to show off all of the community, but leave the viewers wanting more and to make a visit to Jamestown.
