JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a new convicted sex offender residing within the city of Jamestown.
44 year-old Eugene Wayne Fluge has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. He is a white male, 5’08” with brown eyes and brown hair.
Fluge was charged with Gross Sexual Imposition in 1995 when he was sleeping with 3 adults and one child in a motel. One of the adults awakened to find the 5 year-old girl hitting Fluge with a barbie doll. Investigation revealed Fluge had fondled the girl and asked to lick her. He had a previous offence against a 6 year-old girl when he was a juvenile.
Fluge is not currently wanted at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety only and should not increase fear in the community. Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten an offender will be turned over for prosecution.
