LIDGERWOOD, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Fairmount-Hankinson-Lidgerwood American Legion baseball team won their first Class B Southeast Region victory of the season with a four run rally in the bottom of the seventh to defeat Oakes 6-5.

F-H-L (1-2) redeemed themselves in spite of committing six errors in the field. The winning run was scored off an RBI single from Dylan Schreiner, scoring Tanner Kuzel.

Sam Huffman, who defeated F-H-L Monday, came on to attempt a five out save but ended up registered a loss and a blown save. Taylor Schall was credited with  a no-decsion for Post 36 (3-2) after going five and a third innings, striking out a season high 11. Huffman had an RBI double in the defeat.
